ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTABLE TEMPORARY HOUSING UNITS
MLU Services has 300 ATTHU units on-hand and ready for deployment upon award of any contract being considered for this requirement. MLU is able to plan and execute delivery of these units beginning on the day of award.

The units pictured on this page comply with the two sets of standards provided within the official RFI documentation:
- ICC/MBI 1200-2021 Standard for Off-site Construction: Planning, Design, Fabrication and Assembly
- ICC/MBI 1205-2021 Standard for Off-site Construction: Inspection and Regulatory Compliance
All units can be configured to include fire-suppression systems (sprinklers) if required. If the Government requires more than 300 units, then upon award we will carry out detailed discussions of additional occupancy needs with FEMA leadership.
We estimate that 100 new units (beyond the 300 currently on-hand) would be delivered, installed, and occupied in Maui 60 days after contract award. If more than 400 modular units are required, we would provide a detailed, expedited timeline as an output of our discussions with the Government.
